You are invited to attend a Professional Development workshop held as part of the 2018 Australian Computer Society Week conference hosted by UQ.
The hands on workshop is designed for high school teachers and their students and will cover:
- Introduction to programming micro controllers (Arduino based)
- Set up of sensors and programming of themProgramming of visualisation using Unity
- Introduction to Augmented Reality
- Introduction to Fiducial markers (set up of cameras and programming visualisations with Scratch or Unity).
Participants will also have the opportunity to meet existing university students and view their projects. PD certificates will be handed out on the day.
Please note that this workshop will replace the CS4HS workshop usually held in January.
